I liked the convenient location of the hotel, which was five minutes from the railway station and within walking distance of the city centre. Very friendly staff, who made us feel welcome.

Fully renovated hotel, modern and clean (though the exterior of the building may not let you think so). Friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Location very convenient close to city center.
Noise from trams. Small bathroom.

Close to the train station, great service from the owner. Online reservation worked great.
Beds were a little hard.

Very good looking building. We stayed at 3-bed freshly renovated room plus table, chairs and extra sofa (enough space), 4m ceilings+big windows=lots of air. Free parking - important when driving. Very nice breakfast - better than in usual pensions. Staff is welcome
Reception closes at 22.00, but it's probably reasonable, considering value for money. In a multi-star hotel reception is open 24/7, but the price is much higher. :) Mention that because we arrived 21.40 driving from Prague and I was a bit concerned.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to railway station, and not too far from the old town. I particularly liked that I was offered the wifi password at check-in without having to ask.

This is a delightful hotel, family run and very friendly. It's set in a beautiful Jugendstil villa. The rooms are big and light and airy, the beds are comfy and the buffet breakfast delicious. What a pleasure it is to start the day with a really good cup of coffee. It's a short walk from the station with good tram connections to the old town, between five and ten minutes away. We'd certainly stay there again and look forward to going back.

Good location near the station, about 15' walking distance from the city centre (but there is a direct tram line). Large rooms, clean and cmfortable, good en suite bathroom facilities. Breakfast is good value, though presentation and overall quality could be improved - the friendly staff made coffee for everyone as the coffee machine was failing.

I only stayed there for a very short time - arrived late and left very early. It was very clean, very nice and the reception very friendly. Good experience.

Beautiful place, freshly painted and very attractively decorated. The helpful staff member offered to set out the buffet breakfast a half hour earlier because we had to catch a ferry. More of a luxurious hostel than a hotel. Very good breakfast.
There are a few parking spaces up a steep driveway behind the hotel. Otherwise there is parking on the street. Do not know how secure it is to leave a car, so we had to carry most of our luggage into the room. The building is close to the tram lines, so there was a constant gentle rumbling that did not bother us, but could be a problem for others.

Very friendly staff. Design hotel with nice touch in colors and decoration. Spacious rooms, well equipped and very clean. Breakfast worth the 5€ per person.
Don't judge from the outside!! It's still a work in progress.
